Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare M&E shop drawings, section details, as-built drawings & submit on time
  • Coordination drawings & BIM development
  • Work closely with project teams on drawing amendments & updates
  • Able to manage project model environment such as create family, template, view range, annotation and schedule for submission
  • Attend BIM Coordination Meeting

Requirements:

  1. NiTec/ Diploma
  2. Experience in Plumbing/Sanitray/Gas and Fire Service drawings is an advantageous
  3. 1 years experience in Autocad and/MEP Modelling experience in Revit

Job Description & Responsibilities: –

  • Handle pre and post evaluation of sub-contractor and supplies quotation.
  • Evaluation of tender submission and preparation of tender documents.
  • Liaise with project Manager/Designated staff to valuate and certify completed work and arrange for payment.
  • Verifying sub-contractor claims.
  • Prepare of monthly progress claims submission and payment.
  • Carry out contract administration duties.
  • Preparing and assist in the Project Final Account settlement.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
  • Perform Quantity take-off for tendering of projects.
  • To prepare BQ, tender document, cost comparison for tender project including source, complies, evaluates etc
  • Project administration and documentation include preparation of sub-contract, VO and ensure timely submission of monthly progress claims and final account.
  • To handle on-going project and resolve contractual issues with clients/sub-contractor and supplies.

Qualification

  • Possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma in Quantity Surveying/ or related discipline.
  • Proficient in Cad Software and MS office
  • Demonstrated good letter writing skills in respect of contract provision and external communication.

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  1. Involved in coordination and supervisor of Plumbing/Sanitary and Gas works
  2. Responsible for planning, managing and ensuring smooth implementation and monitoring of projects assigned
  3. Responsible for effective site management which include safety inspection and quality control of materials and plants on site
  4. Liaise effectively with clients, consultant subcontractors and other relevant government authorities to achieve delivery objections
  5. Utility cable works / Diversion works supervision onsite

Requirements:

  1. BCPPF/Diploma in Building Services or relevant
  2. Civil and Building infrastructure site supervision work experience
  3. Minimum 1 years working experience.
  4. Applicants prefer to have certification in Lifting Supervisor, Scaffold, Work-At-Height, Confined Space Supervisor, Building Construction Safety Supervisor.
  5. Applicants with extensive experience will be considered for senior positions

  • Min “O” level with 1 year of working experience in construction firm.
  • Possess experience in general affair (GA) and admin work.
  • Good knowledge of MS office especially Excel and Word.
